TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Joondalup Resort Golf Course must be officially closed by the Course Superintendent for refunds to be considered.

Confirmation
An online booking is only successfully made if the automatic confirmation email is sent and received. If a confirmation email is not received, you must check the junk folder and that the email address entered
by you is correct.

The internet booking system is directly linked to the reservation software, and you will only be contacted in person if a Joondalup Resort staff member has a query regarding your booking.

As proof of booking, you will be required to provide the Pro Shop staff the reference number emailed to you at the time of your booking.

Tee time modifications
Joondalup Resort reserves the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside of Joondalup Resort’s control. (eg. weather conditions such as lightning, slow play, course renovations).

Request for changes
Modifications to tee times may only be made by calling not less than 48 hours on (08) 9400 8811 or by email to golfbookings@joondalupresort.com.au together with a copy of the original confirmation
email. A requested date/time might not be available.

Cancellations and No Shows
If you are not able to attend a scheduled tee time, and you have contacted Joondalup Resort at least 48 hours prior to your original booking, a ‘credit voucher’ will be provided. To redeem the
‘credit voucher’ you must make another booking within 30 days of the original booking date. If you do not use the credit voucher within 30 days, it will expire, and no refund will be given.
Credit vouchers are issued for TEE TIMES ONLY for the value of the original booking but if you wish to book a tee time of lesser value the difference will be forfeited and if the new tee time booked is a higher rate,
then you must pay the difference.

If a player of a prepaid group tee time is unable to play and the Pro Shop is advised no later than 48 hours of the booked time, a refund may be provided for this non played tee time.
If bookings are made in multiples and a player does not show, no refund will be given for the “no show” booking.
All players must check in at the Pro Shop not less than 20 minutes before their tee time or the tee time may be cancelled.
Refunds will be at the complete discretion of Joondalup Resort and will only be made on the credit card used to secure the booking. In the event of a refund the credit card details must be supplied with the
corresponding security pin number.
After the confirmation of credit card details, Joondalup Resort will use its reasonable endeavours to issue a refund within 7 working days.

Adherence to rules
Joondalup Resort reserves the right to remove players or spectators from the course if the policies or rules of Joondalup Resort are not adhered to. These rules are consistent with the etiquette outlined by the R&A
in the rules of golf and are monitored by golf operations staff.
No refunds will be given in the event that the customer is removed from the course.

Risk warning
Playing golf on our course and driving range is subject to risks, including:

  • errant golf balls
  • rough terrain and obstacles
  • heat, cold or other adverse weather conditions
  • plant and animal life including snakes
  • accidents with or in vehicles, other competitors, or pedestrians
  • delay in access to medical, evacuation or search services
  • damage to, or loss of personal property.

Release and waiver
If you suffer injury, loss, claims, liability or damage (Loss) while at Joondalup Resort, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the JOONDALUP GOLF MANAGEMENT (AUST.) PTY LTD trading as
Joondalup Country Club their employees, officers and contractors from any liability for any Loss suffered by you and you release each of the JOONDALUP GOLF MANAGEMENT (AUST.) PTY LTD trading as
Joondalup Country Club and their employees, officers and contractors from any responsibility or legal liability for death or personal injury associated with your presence at Joondalup Resort and any activities
you undertake at Joondalup Resort.
To the extent that the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) applies this release is limited to responsibility and legal liability for death or personal injury and does not apply to any person if significant
personal injury was caused by the reckless conduct of that person, as defined under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
